ph58 uses your registration and identity data to create and maintain your account, verify your identity, process your transactions, provide customer support, and operate the gaming services you use on the platform.
ph58 uses your KYC and financial data to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements, PAGCOR licensing obligations, and other applicable regulatory frameworks. This may include filing mandatory reports with relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

This use of data reflects ph58's commitment to player welfare.
ph58 uses aggregated, anonymized data derived from player activity to improve platform performance, optimize game loading, identify technical issues, and develop new features. Anonymized data cannot be traced back to individual players.
With your consent, ph58 may use your contact details to send promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your ph58 account settings or by contacting ph58 support. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect processing for other purposes listed in this section.
ph58 does not sell your personal data. ph58 shares your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
ph58 engages third-party service providers to support platform operations. These include: KYC verification providers, payment processors and e-wallet infrastructure partners (including GCash and PayMaya platforms), cloud hosting and server providers, and customer support software providers. ph58 will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, pursuant to a valid legal order, or where ph58 reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of ph58's business or assets, player personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. ph58 will notify affected players prior to any such transfer and ensure the receiving entity is bound by data protection obligations equivalent to those in this Policy.
ph58 may share your data with other third parties if you have given explicit, informed consent to such sharing at the time the consent is obtained.

8.2 In the event of a personal data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, ph58 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, consistent with NPC Circular 16-03. Affected players will be notified without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in high risk to their rights.
8.3 No data security system is infallible. While ph58 takes all reasonable measures to protect your personal data, ph58 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. 9.1 ph58 retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention periods required by Philippine law or regulatory obligation.
9.2 Account data and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act's record-keeping requirements and PAGCOR's data retention guidelines.
9.3 KYC identity documents are retained for the period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations, typically five (5) years from the date of the last transaction.
9.4 Customer support communications are retained for up to three (3) years following the resolution of the relevant support matter.
9.5 Where personal data is retained beyond the period of your active account relationship — solely for legal compliance purposes — that data is isolated from active processing systems and access is further restricted.
9.6 On expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents reconstruction of individual identities.
As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, ph58 players have the following rights with respect to their personal data held by ph58:
Request a copy of the personal data ph58 holds about you, along with information about how it is used and with whom it is shared.
Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data ph58 holds about you. ph58 will process corrections within a reasonable timeframe.

11.1 ph58 does not knowingly collect or process personal data from any individual under the age of 21. The ph58 platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and above, as required by PAGCOR's online gaming regulations for the Philippines.
11.2 Registration on ph58 includes age verification steps. Any account found to have been opened by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all personal data associated with that account will be deleted in accordance with this Privacy Policy, except where retention is required to report the incident to relevant authorities.
11.3 If you believe that a minor has registered an account on ph58, please notify ph58 immediately at [email protected]. ph58 will investigate and take immediate action.
12.1 ph58.one may contain functional integrations with third-party services, including payment processors and KYC verification providers. These third parties have their own privacy policies and data processing practices. ph58 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
12.2 ph58 carefully selects third-party service providers and requires them to process ph58 player data in accordance with contractual data processing obligations that meet or exceed the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
12.3 ph58 does not integrate social media tracking pixels, advertising networks, or third-party analytics platforms that would transmit identifiable ph58 player data to external parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
13.1 ph58 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Where a material change is made to this Policy, ph58 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. The updated Policy will be posted at ph58.one/privacy-policy with a revised effective date.
13.2 Your continued use of ph58 following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may request account closure as outlined in the ph58 Terms & Conditions.
