Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ph58 account. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a current email address. You are prohibited from registering using false, fictitious, or misleading information.
ph58 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted forms of ID include but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, and PRC ID. ph58 may request additional documentation at any time at its discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph58 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or withdrawal PIN with any third party. ph58 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ph58 support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
ph58 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account — or any credits, bonuses, or winnings within it — to another person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of the account balance.
ph58 accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods as listed in the ph58 account dashboard. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ph58 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified ph58 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. ph58 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution. ph58 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification. ph58 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds. This is a compliance requirement, not a discretionary practice.
All ph58 account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph58 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
ph58 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments. ph58 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities and to withhold processing of withdrawals pending AML review without prior notice to the account holder.
5.1 All bets placed on ph58 are final once confirmed. ph58 does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after the bet has been registered in the system, except where a clear and verifiable technical error caused by ph58 has affected the bet.
5.2 ph58 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live casino games. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in a real studio environment. ph58 does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.3 In the event of a technical failure during a live game session — including disconnections, streaming errors, or platform outages — bets will be resolved according to ph58's Technical Error Policy, which is published in the ph58 Help Center.
5.4 ph58 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using information obtained through unauthorized means, including but not limited to hacking, data interception, or the use of automated betting software ("bots"). Winnings generated through such means will be forfeited.
5.5 Sabong-Specific Rules. Live sabong events streamed on ph58 are conducted at licensed Philippine cockpits. ph58 acts as a wagering platform and is not responsible for the conduct of the event itself. In the event that an official fight result is disputed at the cockpit level, ph58 will resolve the bet in accordance with the official result declared by the licensed cockpit operator. ph58's decision on sabong bet resolutions is final.
6.1 All ph58 promotions and bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. General bonus terms set out here apply to all ph58 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly override them.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to accounts in good standing only. ph58 reserves the right to decline to award a bonus to any player at its discretion.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit; failure to do so results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; wagering on both sides of a bet to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; participating in any coordinated arrangement to exploit bonus structures; using automation software to meet wagering requirements.
6.5 ph58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph58 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the ph58 platform — including but not limited to the ph58 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ph58 or its licensed providers, protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international conventions.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph58's platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any ph58 content without prior written consent.
8.3 Any unauthorized use of ph58's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
9.1 ph58 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph58 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 ph58 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of winnings, data, or opportunity — arising from: platform downtime or maintenance; technical failures beyond ph58's reasonable control; third-party payment processing delays; your failure to comply with these Terms; unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ph58's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by Philippine law.
9.4 ph58's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 ph58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph58 reasonably believes that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; account activity indicates fraud, money laundering, or collusion; the account holder has provided false registration information; or closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
10.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph58 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance — including deposits and winnings — held in the account at the time of closure.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their ph58 account at any time by contacting ph58 support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to these Terms.
10.4 ph58 will not reopen an account that has been self-excluded. A self-excluded player who attempts to access ph58 or create a new account is in breach of these Terms.
11.1 ph58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risks of problem gambling. Every ph58 account includes access to the following player-controlled tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop gambling may request self-exclusion at any time through the ph58 account dashboard or by contacting ph58 support. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and ph58 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent a self-excluded player from accessing the platform. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six (6) months and may be set for longer periods including permanent exclusion.

12.1 ph58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at ph58.one/privacy-policy.
12.2 By registering a ph58 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, anti-money laundering compliance, and account administration purposes.
12.3 ph58 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. ph58 may share data with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.
13.1 ph58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ph58 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
13.2 Your continued use of ph58 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using ph58 and may request account closure as set out in Section 10.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph58 shall first be referred to ph58's customer support team for informal resolution. ph58 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 ph58's decisions on all bet results, bonus disputes, and account actions are final unless a clear and demonstrable technical error by ph58 is established.
